Volunteer Requirements
Volunteers must be age 14 or older and provide updated immunization records, current TB skin test and school references. Anyone 18 years of age or older must pass a criminal background check. Central Registry check and a drug screen.
Volunteer Process
Contact Lisa West for a volunteer application and additional paperwork. We will also need an updated immunization record, current TB skin test, two written references and signed criminal background check (if applicable). Return paperwork to the Volunteer Coordinator at 31 Spiral Drive, Florence KY 41042.
The Volunteer Coordinator reviews the application and paperwork and submits the criminal background check to Human Resources for clearance.
Upon background check clearance, the Volunteer Coordinator will schedule an interview with the applicant to discuss volunteer opportunities.
Once the volunteer placement is decided, the applicant will return for Volunteer Orientation.
